First Capital Corporation

The Issue: Nick Picarsic from First Capital Corporation (FCC) came to us with a substantial issue. They were on a market-based variable electric supply rate and paying more than market prices. The energy supplier serving FCC was passing through wholesale market costs with a significant mark-up, driving up FCC’s total monthly energy costs.

The Solution: Diversegy’s team of energy market experts evaluated FCC’s energy contract terms and evaluated their total cost for energy. After a detailed audit, Diversegy discovered that FCC could roll their index rate into a fixed rate for substantial savings.

The Results: Diversegy negotiated a favorable fixed-rate energy contract for a term of 18 months. As a result of Diversegy’s negotiation and contract structuring, FCC will save approximately $75,000 over the course of the contract term.

Europolish

The Issue: Tim at Europolish came to us with a unique problem. They were paying too much for electricity and natural gas and were paying the local utility for default electricity supply. Without true electric market experience, Europolish was unsure of how to navigate volatile commodity markets.
